Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States. All orders are fulfilled through our supplier and shipped directly to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of being placed. This includes order verification and quality inspection at our fulfillment center.

Delivery Time

US-stocked items: 2–5 business days after processing
Overseas-sourced items: 5–10 business days after processing

Total estimated delivery time is typically 5–15 business days from the date of your order, depending on the item and your location.

Free shipping on orders over $75
$5.99 flat rate on orders under $75

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how our return policy works:

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval to qualify for a full refund.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
In original garment packaging with SKU label intact

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned after the 7-day window
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Items without original tags or packaging
Final sale items

Returns that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or may be declined entirely.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@curvyvibes.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged/defective items, which we will cover.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned package, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
